Terms of Service

UpGrow is operated by Molixa AI. In these terms, we, us, and our mean Molixa AI, and you means the person or business using the service.

UpGrow is an AI proposal research tool for freelancers. It reads the Upwork job you are viewing, gauges how winnable it is, decodes what the client is really asking for, and drafts a tailored proposal. A companion Chrome extension reads the single Upwork job page you have open so you can run all of this from inside Upwork. UpGrow works alongside Upwork but is not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork.

You must be at least 18 years old to use UpGrow. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password and API tokens secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access by emailing support@webotechstudio.com.

Your use of UpGrow must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no illegal use, no spam or abuse, no scraping beyond the single job page you are viewing, no attempts to reverse-engineer or abuse the API or the credit system, and no deceptive proposals. You must respect Upwork's own terms when you use UpGrow with Upwork.

Everything UpGrow generates, including winnability reads, client reads, and proposals, is a draft and a suggestion. AI can be wrong, dated, or off-target. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding what you submit, and for making sure it is accurate and truthful. UpGrow does not guarantee that you will win any job, get any reply, or achieve any particular result.

UpGrow offers a free tier, a Pro subscription, pay-as-you-go credits, and a bring-your-own-key option:

• Free includes a small starting allotment of credits.
• Pro is a monthly subscription at 15 dollars per month.
• Pay-as-you-go credits are 9 dollars for 60 credits, consumed as you generate proposals.
• BYOK lets you connect your own model provider keys and use the app without our metered credits, billed by your own providers.

Billing is handled by our payment provider, Polar. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current period. For full details on renewals, cancellations, and refunds, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Prices may change; we will give notice of changes that affect you.

You own your inputs and your outputs. The job text and notes you provide, and the proposals UpGrow drafts for you, are yours to use. We own the UpGrow software, brand, and underlying technology, and nothing here transfers those to you. You grant us the limited permission to process your content as needed to provide the service.

UpGrow relies on third parties: Upwork (the platform you research), Polar (payments), and AI model providers (which generate the reads and drafts). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork.

UpGrow is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Molixa AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost work, or lost opportunities arising from your use of UpGrow. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using UpGrow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Molixa AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The specific governing jurisdiction will be stated here. Where required, you retain any mandatory rights under the consumer laws of your home country.
