Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use UpGrow for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. That includes deceiving or defrauding clients, infringing anyone's intellectual property, harassing people, or producing content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to produce.

Do not use UpGrow to mass-produce low-quality, irrelevant, or duplicate proposals just to flood clients. UpGrow is for tailored, relevant proposals to jobs you can genuinely do. Spammy bidding hurts clients, hurts the platforms, and is not allowed.

The Chrome extension is designed to read only the single Upwork job page you are actively viewing, and only when you click Analyze. Do not use UpGrow, the extension, or any automation to bulk-scrape, crawl, or harvest listings, profiles, or client data. One job, in front of you, when you ask. That is the line.

Do not try to reverse-engineer, probe, or circumvent the UpGrow API, authentication, rate limits, or the credit system. Do not share, resell, or automate access to your account or API tokens to get around metering, and do not attempt to obtain generations you have not paid for. One person or business, one account, used as intended.

Proposals UpGrow drafts are a starting point. You are responsible for the final proposal you submit. Do not submit proposals that misrepresent your skills, experience, identity, or availability, or that promise things you cannot deliver. Be truthful with clients.

When you use UpGrow with Upwork, Fiverr, or any other platform, you must follow that platform's own terms of service. UpGrow is a tool you use to do your own work; it does not override your obligations to those platforms. UpGrow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork or Fiverr.

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to UpGrow or its infrastructure, introduce malicious code, or interfere with other users' use of the service.

If you break these rules, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access, remove offending content, and where appropriate report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. We will use judgment and aim to be fair, but protecting clients, the platforms, and other users comes first.
